My Master List - Skincare — Butter + Beauty

This list has been in the works for quite some time- to some extent, pretty much since the start of this account, as I quickly found that even talking about my monthly favorites (which used to be only a few; I realize now the selections are much bigger) was too long for a single post. So I’ve compiled all my favorites from every single skincare category I could think of, trying to keep prices in mind so that there’s at least a relatively affordable option in each group. I’m by no means saying that you really need to buy the pricey serum or eye cream, but to be clear, these are all products I would recommend, barring any sensitivities, allergies or existing conditions/issues (e.g. if your skin is super sensitive, I wouldn’t suggest the super potent DE babyfacial)

Gel + Jelly Cleansers

Yes, there is a difference between a gel and a jelly cleanser (I talk about it here), though they generally serve the same purpose: these will cleanse your skin just fine if you didn’t wear any makeup, but if you did, I’d use an oil or balm cleanser first, and then one of these as a second cleanse. They’re also great for using in the mornings if washing your face is part of your AM routine
