Laneige Cream Skin Toner + Water Sleeping Mask Reviews

Reviewing two items #laneigegiftedme : ▪️ even though the water sleeping mask ($25) is a cult-favorite, I'd only tried it a couple of times from samples prior to this, so I didn't have any expectations one way or the other going into it. I applied a thin layer over a light/medium moisturizer, which absorbed fairly quickly as expected. My forehead and chin (the areas where I'm especially dry) still felt tight, so I put a bit more hoping to even things out. That helped, but it still didn't feel as hydrating as my HG @belifusa aqua bomb mask. I need to do more testing before I'm certain, but as of now it's just ok to me. Also it contains fragrance and mineral water, so beware if your skin is sensitive ▪️ the cream skin toner and moisturizer ($33) is Laneige's newest launch, which combines the aforementioned steps into one product. I like the idea of it, especially for when I'm feeling lazy and want to do a quick routine, but I think a more accurate description is a hydrating essence. While I didn't find this hydrating enough to forgo moisturizer, it did help to add moisture without feeling heavy. I usually apply about two layers of it after cleansing and toning (after 3 layers it starts to feel a bit sticky and following products take longer to absorb) and then follow with whatever serum or treatment I'm using, a light gel cream, and finally a sleeping mask. The star ingredient, white leaf tea water, is high in amino acids that both help strengthen the moisture barrier and soothe skin, so I think this product will be great during the winter to battle dryness, especially if you have dry skin like me ▪️ both products are now available at @sephora in stores and online - - - - - - @laneige_us @sundayforever @dirtyboysgetclean @diptyque @tatcha @enatureofficialusa @otherlandco #laneige #laneigeus #hydratewithlaneige #isleptwithlaneige #laneigewatersleepingmask #sleepingmask #toner #moisturizer #octolyfamily #enature #diptyque #otherland #skincare #tatcha #skincareaddict #selfcare #beauty #shelfie #itgtopshelfie #vanities #byrdiebeauty #intothegloss #skincarejunkie #beautygram #beautycare #beautyaddict #beautyjunkie #butterandbeauty
