Amika Flash Mask Review

For over five years now, I've used a generic hair rinse after washing my hair, and it's been great for sealing in moisture, but the new @amika launch, the flash instant shine mask, is giving my go-to a run for its money! I use it the same way- as a supplemental rinse following conditioner, and my hair does indeed look shinier, though I'd have to test it out longer before I decide if it's going to become a staple. It contains amino acids to smooth the hair cuticle, and not only is it color safe, it actually helps it last longer (though I can't personally attest to that since I've never dyed my hair. For finer hair, it can actually work in lieu of conditioner, but my hair is quite thick, not to mention crazy long at the moment (past my waist) so that's not an option for me.
